Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 2 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
• Proof of purchase such as order confirmation or receipt is required.

Returns requested after 2 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 2 business days after receiving the returned product. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

 

Return Request Process

Before initiating a return, customers must email our support team at support@shivanshri.in with:

• Order Number
• Reason for the return
• Clear images of the product
• A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened without any cuts or edits (mandatory for claims related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products).

Failure to provide the required unboxing video may result in the rejection of the return request.

Valid Reasons for Return

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

• Wrong product received.
• Damaged product received.
• Manufacturing defect.
• Missing item(s) in the package.
• Incorrect product delivered.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene, customization, or other applicable reasons.
